Q:  I notice you no longer provide internet sales.  Why?
A:  I no longer provide internet sales because it is best to support retailers. Simply it is not fair for me to under cut nor compete with them.  Additionally, we have unfortunately experienced numerous issues shipping to Canada and Alaska. 

Q:  If I wanted to order who do I go through?
A:  All retailers I provide product to are more than willing to accept phone orders.

Q:  The retailer I wish to do business with doesn't carry a specific item.  How do I get it?: 
A:  Not all retailers carry the Captain's full line of hoochies.  However, if there is a specific item that you desire from the website, let the retailer know you want it!  If a specific retailer doesn't carry it, I have no problem supplying it.  However, I do require a minimum order of 5 per color to ship to the retailer. Additional shipping and handling charges may be required by the retailer(s).  It is best to call us and ask when we will drop ship to a specific retailer to save money in shipping costs. 

Q:  When is the best time to purchase?
A:  Please believe me... The Captain's hoochies are extremely popular during the spring and summer months.  It is best to order NOW- early fall and winter, before the crunch, to avoid shipping delays from the retailer prior to your season or lifetime trip.  This will save you a ton of frustration.  With the high volume of sales, your hoochie will be "fresh" regardless of when ordered.

Q:  Do you sell only the leaders?
A: Presently we are not providing leaders to the public due to the high level of quality control-  although we are pursuing avenues to do so...  To this end, the Captain is responsible for tying each and every leader to the highest level of perfection.

Q:  Can I purchase the Matzuo hooks through you?
A:  Unfortunately with various agreements I cannot resell these hooks.
